The two of you togther beome a sacred place, a peaceful garden to enjoy, as you slowly unwind, falling into the bliss inside of each moment as yogic techniques heighten your sensitivity and cultivate your awareness...enlivening every moment, touch, pause, breath and sigh....
Lovers Knot explores touch in new ways that are not categoriacally sexual yet heighten your ability to open to the healing power of pleasure and deep relaxation through sequences of gentle supportive postures combined with breathwork, meditation, and integrative massage tecniques. The postures or "hugs and holds" follow the rhythmic pulse of the heart and the connecting wave of the breath, each posture unfolding into the next, the whole body, leaning, stroking, breathing and stretching with creative movements as you pass from one point of embrace to the next.
