Surrounded by the beauty and power of nature we will explore the many facets of yogic practice that create heightened self awareness, and resonant vitality. Our unique program celebrates the senses through a Multidimensional Yoga practice that turns the jewel of each asana in the light of EVERY possibility.

The surroundings offer abundant pleasures great and small from relaxing in your hammock to walking the beaches, swimming, surfing, hiking and horseback riding.

This unique style of practice places the gems of mantra, mudra, pranayama, partnered asanas, and Thai massage style assists upon the living strand of consciousness created by carefully sequenced Hatha Yoga Asanas moving at the pace of a deep peaceful river.

Our morning sessions will focus on an individual practice while learning the Pranayamas, Mantras and Mudras which support each posture as part of the yoga sequence or "flow".

The afternoons will expand into the partnered or contact forms of Yoga, and shared Thai style assists as sequenced into a meditative and healing exchange from partner to partner.

This workshop is open to singles and couples. 

Yoga experience is recommended but any with a sincere desire to join us is welcome

Expect to learn :

                        Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation

with mantra and mudra as an individua practice,

                                       and

Enjoy the suprise of learning it as partnered practice with two variations.

Other practices include:

  Dance of the 5 Elements- Earth, water, fire, air, and space

 Freeing the River

Chasing the Sun

Walking the labyrinth- a journey through the chakras

Your days may include-

Early morning meditation: with Mishabae- Pranayama and Chanting

or walking meditation.

 

Breakfast Time : Wondeful fresh organic foods, prepared with love by our hosts

Multi Dimensional Morning Vinyasa: 1 1/2 hour class with Mishabae. Experience and learn sequences of postures in rhythmic flow that fully integrate the powerful gifts and vibrant energies of the apropriate Mudras, Mantras, and Pranayamas and more.

Pre lunch break- Talk, integrate, question, play....

Personal Time - Or Adventure of the day

We will spend the heat of the day in the water, hammock, walking on the beach, through the jungle, or taking an arranged excursion with our local guides.

Explore the Healing Art of Partner Yoga and Thai Massage with Mishabae.

This unique class offers sequences of Partner Yoga Asanas in union with Thai Massage techniques that create a deeply releaxing and revitalizing exchange bewteen partners. The teaching fully integrates working with the physical and subtle bodies (looking at the chakras and dancing with the five elements) through intention, breath, mantras and compassionate touch.

Teachers and students of yoga will leave with a whole new perspective on the multiple ways to assist others in reexperiencing themselves in the embrace of their yoga practice and a whole bag full of wonderful hands on assists and gentle support.

Evening activities-Your free time will be arranged as we find the groups collective wish. Drumming, dancing, additional focus on Mudras, massage therapies, chakra cleansing, beach bonfires... ?
